Fees and costs are difficult to assess. Perhaps the best way to determine what an
item may cost is to first establish some important criteria.

1.      What is your budget?
2.      What are your requirements?

Do you wish to have conventional photographs or Digital
photographs or a combination of both? 
Will these photographs include artwork and enhancements?
Would you like the photographs on CD or DVD so you can send
them to friends interstate or overseas?
Would you like a slide show presentation to screen on a DVD
player?
What sizes do you require? Normal $10, A4 $20, A3 $35 or a combination
of all three?

As you can see, it is important to plan, and have some idea of what you want.
          This would help my colleague and I establish a cost structure.
